FORM INSTRUCTIONS

This super-quick form asks for your name & email [be sure they match up with the email you sent me with your BINGO!] and then you’ll simply begin by selecting your first choice prize in that dropdown, and go down the line. You have 24 hours to submit this form, starting from the time I emailed you the link and confirmed that you were a winner; your email also includes your deadline! The order that forms are submitted is not relevant to the order that prizes are awarded. As for earlier in the game, each winner will be awarded their first choice prize out of all available when it is their turn for selection. For example, if winner number 15 submits their form, but winner 14 has not, unless winner 14 has missed the deadline, winner 14 will still get their choice prior to winner 15. As I know the winner-order, as soon as the next person up submits their form, I’ll award the prize and move on down the line.

Note: you’ll see that not every prize is listed, I’ve already removed those that have been claimed so that you don’t need to fill in extra dropdowns. I will continue to edit the dropdowns as prizes are awarded, as fast as I can, in order to make it easier for you to fill out the form.
