Digital Purchases

Pattern PDFs are sent automatically within minutes after purchase from help at kateoatesdesign dot com. Workshops require account creation prior to purchase, as this is how you’ll access them anytime you’re ready to learn! You will receive an email confirmation of your order followed by a second email containing a clickable link for each pattern (or e-book) you’ve purchased. Please note: your link expires 24 hours after you click.  This is a separate e-mail from a paypal receipt sent automatically from help at kateoatesdesign dot com. Should you not see your confirmation or digital goods emails, search your spam/junk/promo/trash/all mail folders. As long as you entered your email address correctly at checkout, the email is somewhere! I highly recommend creating an account as you will be able to see your order history and access all digital goods in perpetuity. As of February 1, 2026, Kate Oates/Tot Toppers is no longer in business; I’ve chosen to leave my website up so long as sales cover the cost) to provide access to the workshops knitters have already purchased as well as the work I’ve created over almost 17 years.

Please note that purchasing from this website does not include pattern delivery to your Ravelry library. If you prefer to utilize this library, be sure to purchase directly from my Ravelry Shop.

Returns

Digital purchases are non-refundable. This policy is simply due to the nature of electronic delivery. There is simply no way to withdraw files/access from your device. I always tried my best to include detailed pattern information in every listing. This site also features dropdown menus for both free tutorials & FAQs.
