Refunds

This retreat has a limited guest count ➛ once you register, there are no guaranteed refunds with one exception.

If you register for a single room and we need to move to a smaller home where a single room isn’t available, you’ll be able to choose whether you’d like to skip the retreat and receive a refund (minus processing fees) or downgrade to a double room.

I’ve set up an installment plan that is the same for everyone. As long as you select that checkout option, your total fee can be adjusted if you do choose to move from single to double.

Once the retreat is full, knitters that were not able to secure a slot may choose to join the waiting list. If your plans change and you wish to transfer your registration, I will use the waiting list to contact individuals in the appropriate order to do everything possible to find a new guest who would love to fill your slot. Guests may not find their own substitute unless I am unsuccessful. If your registration is able to be transferred, you will receive a refund minus processing fees (approximately 5% of your retreat fee) and any potential guest-specific non-refundable costs, such as fees associated with individual dietary restrictions.

Accommodations

If a minimum number of guests are not registered for Stitch & Beach prior to September 30, 2027, KO reserves the right to find a smaller but equally fabulous retreat home suitable for the actual group size. The itinerary will be unaffected, we will simply be staying in accommodations more appropriately sized for the number of guests attending.

Co-ed

While this getaway is exclusive in terms of availability, it is fully inclusive to all knitters! Everyone is welcome to be a treasured guest for this retreat!

• If a co-ed group is traveling & able to fill a room together: 👌🏽👌🏽, you’re all set.

• If a room ends up co-ed and all guests within don’t know one another, KO will reach out to each roomie privately to be sure guests are comfortable with the arrangements.

• Bottom line—don't wait to register as KO has created flexibility to make sure she can accommodate both single gendered and co-ed rooms.

Additional Guests

This luxury retreat is set up so that each guest has their own bed. There are no listings for shared beds. Should you book a single room and wish to bring a second guest, reach out KO for fee information regarding an additional guest once your registration is complete and the retreat is sold out. No unregistered guests will be admitted at check-in. Whether your guest is a knitter or not, experiences are included in every fee as they are optional for all and retreat meals make up the primary per-person costs. Guests that are sharing a bed will enjoy the same experiences as all others. Additional guests will not permitted into the retreat unless the fees have been paid. KO is unable to offer partial refunds for the original booking and will invoice the new guest at their adjusted rate; it is up to the guests to settle up financially if sharing costs.

Cancellation

If KO cancels the retreat for any reason, full refunds will be provided (including processing fees).
