Lake Hartwell is nestled in the upstate of South Carolina where my husband & I attended college. We had our first date right on the shores. This hat features geometric colorwork inspired by the foothills leading to the mountains just a few miles away, visible from the lake. This unisex sample is an Adult S/M in size and it will fit those with head circumferences from 20 - 22.5โ ||| 51 - 56.5 cm. Brooklyn Tweed Peerie & Spincycle Yarns are a delightfully soft, lightweight pairing each with a makeup of 100% wool.

Regardless of the fiber used, I highly recommend handwashing all handknits, then laying them flat to dry. For this yarn, it is not a recommendation but a requirement. Agitation when wet will cause the yarn to felt and therefore shrink.
Youโre purchasing a one of a kind lovingly made handknit piece! Yay! All items have been stored in a smoke free, cat free home. We do have two precious non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs but they arenโt allowed near the knits :) Each sample has been worn at least once for modeling but is in excellent condition unless noted otherwise. Generally, the price of the sample doesnโt actually cover the cost of the materials (yarn!) that were used to create it, as I use only high quality materials.
