Sample is shown in Size 3 with approximately 1.5"/4.5 cm positive ease at the Upper Bust/Chest and Full Bust/Chest (my two measurements just happen to be the same). Choose the size that is closest to your Upper Bust for the most tailored & flattering fit across your shoulders, as long as it does not result in negative ease at the Full Bust of less than 1"/2.5 cm.
